Directions to Mount Ngungun

Mount Ngungun is located in the Glass House Mountains National Park, approximately 76 km north of Brisbane and 23 km west of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.

If you're driving from Brisbane, take the Bruce Highway north towards the Sunshine Coast, then take the Glass House Mountains tourist drive exit (exit 163) and follow the signs to Mount Ngungun.

Alternatively, if you're coming from the Sunshine Coast, head south on the Bruce Highway and take the Glass House Mountains tourist drive exit (exit 188) and follow the signs to the national park.

Once you reach the national park, you can park in the designated car park at the base of the mountain, where you'll find the entrance to the hiking trail. From there, it's a relatively easy 2.8 km hike to the summit of Mount Ngungun.
